This is a great park!!! It's clean, well maintained, and the staff is very friendly. They have boats and paddle boards that you can rent. Food wide they have food that you can buy and charcoal grills if you want to grill. The food they sell there is very affordable. You can get a sandwich for $5.50, kid ice pops for .50, and other ice cream items for $2 ish depending on what you want. They even have iced coffee for $1.50. If the staff ever reads this post thank you for keeping things affordable. There are no life guards so you need to keep eye on your own kids. Have a blessed day :)

Nice small state park to have Vermont experience. Quiet and at the same time there are activities that you can do for all ages. Must place to visit if you are near and around Ludlow,Vt
Tradition! Camp Plymouth/ Echo Lake has been the field trip location of choice for our middle school to celebrate the completion of another year "together" with students and staff. We haven't found any place better suited for this event. We do hire our own lifeguards and organize a bbq lunch. All enjoy the water- swimming or lounging on the beach watching the fun. There is a volleyball court, some grassy "sports spaces," and a snack shack and great accessible changing rooms. We encourage fishing, sports and friend-time. Some years we even bring our school yearbooks for signing. Lately we have encouraged student's electronics and music just for the comfort of the bus trip. It is just under 1 hour of travel time allowing for a full school day at the park.
Nice clean place hiking trails history great views. You can't go wrong.
One more bonus- as a State Park, it is clean and has friendly, helpful staff!
