For the most part they have been great. However, when you call to apologize for missing appointment the rudeness you get back is completely unnecessary and unprofessional.

I am terrified of dental procedures but woke this morning with an infected tooth and swollen face...I knew I needed immediate care. Had never been to main street dental before, I arrived in pain and in tears. The staff was wonderfully supportive and kind, Dr Messinger put me at ease and extracted the broken bothersome tooth quickly, painlessly and with a smile. A very professional and caring staff. I am so grateful.
I am very Dental Phobic. I know many people think they are, however I am really unable to go to a dentist. As a result I am only at a dentist for an emergency. This was the case this week when I broke my tooth. From the moment I called Main Street dental the staff was amazing and so kind.They were able to get me an appointment the next day which is key for me because I stress out so much worrying about going. I was treated with compassion and the best part was that although this is a small town in New England they have state of the art equipment you would expect to find only in a large city and were able to complete the entire process of a crown in one day with no messy impressions and no pain. Dr Messenger and his staff are a extremely kind and talented. I am so grateful!
I needed a crown, made an appointment, and was completely done in around 90 minutes - amazing technology! While I have never liked going to the dentist, it wasn't that bad, and I made it through. The only thing that might have made the experience better would be a complimentary dose of nitrous (wink). So far, I have been very pleased with routine visits and today!
